– Vendor needs to provide design guidelines update consultant services to the government authority located in Boise, ID. – Provide urban design principles, sustainable development, placemaking, landscape design, and architectural design, to act in the role of consultant for an update to the city design review standards and guidelines (design guidelines). – Design guidelines area regulatory document that guide the design of development in the city, implemented by city design review staff and the design review commission.– Project team should have experience in developing site, landscape, and building design standards and design review procedures for mid– to large–sized cities.
