Comprehensive Compensation Study

City of Santa Cruz / Human Resources

Description

The City’s advocacy and service priorities are reflected in the following plans: Citywide Strategic Plan and Health In All Policies . The City employs a diverse workforce dedicated to providing exceptional public services to its residents. Over the years, there have been significant changes in job functions, responsibilities, and market conditions. As such, the Human Resources Department (HR) recognizes the need to thoroughly review its compensation system to maintain a motivated and high-performing workforce and, therefore, requests proposals from qualified firms with a proven track record in conducting a Compensation Study. The services and general needs are more fully described in the Preliminary Scope of Services.
