Comprehensive Salary and Compensation Study

General work description: Tempe Elementary Schools (TESD), serving approximately 9,500 students, is committed to ensuring excellence and equity in the education of all students. TESD is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or firms to conduct a comprehensive compensation and salary study for all employee groups within the district, including but not limited to certificated, classified, administrative, and support staff. The goal of this study is to ensure that the District’s compensation structures are equitable, competitive, adaptable, and flexible – supporting fair pay practices, compliance, and long-term sustainability. The number of Tempe Elementary District employees is as follows: Classified – 580, Certified – 827, and Number of Job Types – 75.
