Fire Protection Systems – Inspection, Service, Maintenance, and Emergency Response

The City of Lakeland (“OWNER”) seeks a licensed Fire Protection System contractor (“CONTRACTOR”), certified per Florida Statute 633, to provide comprehensive year-round inspection, preventive maintenance, corrective service, and 24/7 emergency response for fire protection systems at the McIntosh, Larsen, and Winston Power Generation Facilities. CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, tools, test instruments, lifts/rigging, travel, and administration necessary to keep systems fully operational and in compliance with applicable codes and standards at all times. THIS RFP SHALL RESULT IN A ONE (1) YEAR CONTRACT WITH AN OPTION FOR FOUR (4), ONE (1) YEAR RENEWALS UPON MUTUAL CONSENT
