(1) Vendor needs to provide school psychologist service to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NM. – Perform school psychologist for in–person services.– Comprehensive school psychology evaluations according to the state and federal regulations, to determine student need for educational–based school psychology services as related service.– Participate in the development for eligible assigned students.– Design and implement School Psychology services to eligible assigned students.– Provide direct and indirect School Psychology services to eligible assigned students.– Recommend equipment, tools strategies and techniques that will enable eligible assigned students to benefit form services.– Adapt student equipment as necessary to ensure student accessibility.– Provide supports to school personnel and parents through teaching and the demonstration of therapy strategies and techniques, equipment and tools to be integrated and implemented into the student’s school routine.– Provide caseload information for data input, Medicaid documentation, progress reports, screening and evaluations reports within specified timeframes.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
