(1) Vendor needs to provide legal and administrative support services to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA.  – Provide legal and administrative support services related to hearings and appeals to the civil service commission. – Services include supporting hearings and appeals, conducting legal research, drafting written opinions and findings consistent with the local agency law, and assisting with appeal scheduling and correspondence. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
