Washington County Service Level Assessment

Washington County, Oregon is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and/or organizations interested in completing a Services Assessment to develop an inventory of current Washington County services provided by each department. The project scope is squarely to develop a baseline of county services; this project will not assess current service need, nor will it include any recommendations for future service levels. The Washington County organization is preparing to develop a countywide strategic plan led by the Board of County Commissioners. For County leadership to provide strategic vision for the future of the County’s operations, staff and elected officials must fully comprehend the current baseline landscape of county service delivery. This project will serve as an important precursor assessment to inform future County operational goalsetting and planning.
