Consultation Services - Code Enforcement Assessment

The purpose of this project is to assess Washington County’s current code enforcement services and to identify areas for improvements in those services across County departments. The consultant, working with the County project team, will develop recommendations to the Washington County Board of Commissioners and the County Administrator for organizational structure, staffing, and resources to ensure we have a code enforcement system that is responsive, effective, and equitable. The County budget for this project is $100,000. Provide a one (1) page high-level budget that includes all Tasks and Deliverables for this project. If the proposed budget exceeds the County budget note items that could be removed or reduced to assist in aligning the budgets.
