The Napa County Health & Human Services Agency is seeking proposals from qualified professional consultants to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current Emergency Medical Services (EMS) system in Napa County. This assessment will specifically focus on its response capabilities and destination needs for Behavioral Health (BH) patients, in accordance with the California Health & Safety Code, Division 2.5, Chapter 13, and California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 9, Chapter 5.
