Rehabilitation/SPMI Mental Health Treatment Services

Washington County is seeking proposals for an RFP to provide Rehabilitation/Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) Mental Health Treatment Services to uninsured and underinsured residents of Washington County with severe and persistent mental health diagnoses, including schizophrenia and bipolar I. Washington County is the safety net service system for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness who meet service eligibility criteria. Rehabilitation/SPMI Mental Health Services are individualized and flexible, varying in intensity depending on clinical need. Services at all levels may include evaluation, consultation, assessment, interpreter services, clinical service coordination, case management, assistance with employment services, crisis intervention, skills training, medication evaluation and management, individual, family and group therapy. Services also include outreach, daily structure and support and wrap-around services, including crisis response. Services may be provided in a mental health clinic, in other facilities, in the individual’s home or in other community settings, as prescribed by the plan of care and level of care assignment. Fidelity Supported Employment will also be included in this RFP. Only programs with current passing fidelity scores through OSECE will be eligible for this award. Up to three awards will be made for these services.
