Sullivan's Island Fire Department External Operations Review

The Town of Sullivan's Island is seeking a qualified consultant to conduct an independent operational review of the Sullivan's Island Fire Department. The review will assess current opoerations, staffing, equipment, and service delivery against industry best practices and NFPA standards. The consultant will identify areas for improvement across all departmental functions. The final deliverable will be a written report with findings and actionable recommendations preented to Town leadership.
