An appropriate and qualified, professional Consultant is sought to develop, validate, administer and score promotional exam processes for Fire Officer Ranks within the New Haven Department of Fire Service, New Haven, Connecticut (NHFD). Said selection process should incorporate best practices currently used in the field of pre-employment testing that are determined appropriate for use in the Department of Fire Service. Bidders are further noticed that all proposals must: recommend processes that meet all legal requirements, recommend processes that meet all relevant Federal EEOC guidelines, recommend processes that are cost effective.
