Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (“M-NCPPC” or “Commission”) is soliciting proposals from qualified janitorial service providers for building cleaning services at Sports and Learning Complex (“SPLEX”) located in Prince George’s County, Maryland at 8001 Sheriff Road, Landover, Maryland 20785. The selected janitorial service provider (“Contractor”) shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, materials, tools, transportation, and equipment necessary for the effective and timely accomplishment of the required services
