Janitorial Services for the Customer Service Centers

The City of Seattle is seeking bids for Project Title to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/seattle no later than Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . The janitorial services are at five (5) Facilities and Administrative Services (FAS) Customer Service Centers, as detailed in the scope of work documents. The City has had a successful contract for these services; however, the City is returning for a competitive solicitation to establish a new contract. The City reserves the right to terminate the existing contract when a contract resulting from this solicitation has been executed. Currently, the annual contract expenditure is approximately $84,000.
