Description
Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified contractor to provide janitorial services for selected Leon County, Division of Facilities Management locations. All services shall meet or exceed the performance specifications and requirements listed in this solicitation. The solicitation is for the procurement of janitorial services and is separate and apart of the forthcoming specialty floor cleaning solicitation. Leon County reserves the right to negotiate with the successful bidder(s) for any unforeseen additions or deletions that may occur during the term of the agreement.
