Janitorial Services - Countywide & Library Services

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit competitive sealed Proposals to furnish janitorial services for the County of Volusia, Florida (hereinafter the “County”). It is the intention of the County to provide a clean, sanitary, and odor-free environment for all of those who use and/or work in County facilities. The scope of services for this RFP shall include complete janitorial services for the County of Volusia, at facilities listed on Attachments G and H. It is the County’s intent to award two (2) Contracts, one for the Volusia County Public Libraries (hereinafter “Library Services”) and one for the rest of the County, not to include the Daytona Beach International Airport, or the Coastal Parks. Respondents may submit Proposals for both Library Services and the rest of the County or may submit a proposal for either individually. Proposals received with Attachments G and/or H not fully completed will be considered non-responsive.
