(1) Vendor needs to provide tape digitization service. • Digitization of various types of video media. • Cloud Storage for all digitized media to ensure gradual integration of this new media into the current storage system.• The count of tapes is estimated to be 3,000, which includes various types, sizes, qualities, and ages• Digital media must be maintained at the native resolution of the tape and the original frame rate.• Digitized media file names should feature a recognizable English description of the content, which could be a show title or a short description• Digitize tapes that are in poor physical condition(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 10, 2026
