(1) Vendor needs to provide moving and packing services to the government authority located in Chattanooga, TN.• Pre–Move Coordination – Unit walkthrough and inventory documentation– Schedule coordination with agency Relocation Team– Written move confirmations– Packing & Moving (as needed):– Full–service packing and unpacking services– Provide packing materials– Furniture disassembly and reassembly– Protection of building and large furniture surfaces– Ability to move household content:o On–siteo Out–of–area or Out–of–State (as needed)– Special handling of fragile or high–value items– Disposal of abandoned items (as authorized)(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026
