(1) Vendor needs to provide moving and relocation services to the government authority located in Schaumburg, IL.• The moving and relocation of the village hall will start on Thursday, November 19, 2026 at 4 pmA. Provide Move Materials1. Packing Supplies2. Labels3. Boxes, Totes, Crates, Library Carts, Speed Packs, Computer BagsB. Pack Desktop technology items (Monitors, Docking Stations, Keyboards, Phones, etc.). Items will be disconnected by Village Staff prior to 4 pm on move date.C. Provide a plan for on–site supervision and oversight during all phases of the move.D. Prepare, provide, and place temporary placards and signage prior to the move to assist the movers/vendors with placement at the new location.E. Relocate all identified items to the new locationF. Library Carts need to be shrink wrapped for security purposes.G. Designate a project manager for the following:1. Collection of relevant move information.2. Hold pre–move meetings for planning3. Create a logistics plan to ensure a smooth transition to the new location.4. Develop and manage the process for labelling all items to be moved.5. Hold pre–move meetings with staff to discuss timelines, packing methods and responsibilities, labeling system for content, and their overall role in the relocation.6. Coordinate all building requirements, including submissions of Certificates of Insurance for both origin and destination.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026(4) Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 8, 2026
