(1) Vendor needs to provide relocation management services to the government authority located in Norfolk, VA. – Provide Relocation Management Services to support the relocation of residents.– The contractor shall be responsible for coordinating and managing subcontracted relocation support services, including movers, storage, pest control, hotel stays, incidental cleaning, and related support services.– Review and reconstruct relocation files– Resident communication and meetings– Move scheduling and coordination (move outs, moves to temporary housing, and return moves)– Track and verify unit readiness– Maintain centralized relocation tracking system(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.
