(1) Vendor needs to provide as–needed towing services to the government authority located in Austin, TX. – Provide reliable, timely, professional towing and related services across agency.– These services are intended to support agency operations by ensuring the safe removal, transport and storage of vehicles in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.– Dispatch their wrecker service to properly reclaim an agency vehicle and transport the vehicle to its destination, per request.  – Provide service twenty–four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week.– Towing shall include thirty (30) minutes, which begins when the tow truck arrives on the scene.– Maintain operation–ready wreckers, equipment, and personnel that adequately service this contract within the required time frame. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
