CONS-22037 - USA (Ipswich, Massachusetts) - Athletic Field House Construction Service - Deadline July 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide athletic field house construction service to the government authority located in Ipswich, MA.• Construction services to build an athletic field house at the Jack Welch Memorial Stadium on the campus of the Ipswich Middle/Higsh School• The objective is to construct a weather–tight shell with doors and windows so the building can be fully secured awaiting the next phase of construction.• This will include the roof framing and shingles. All in–ground rough plumbing will be installed, stubbed off above slab level, and a concrete slab will be placed over a vapor barrier and rigid insulation• The proposed 32' x 64' single–story Field House will contain two (2) team rooms, public toiletrooms and a concession area• The hip roof will be constructed with prefabricated wood trusses, plywood decking withasphalt shingles. Aluminum gutters and downspouts will be installed on three sides of thebuilding.• Phase II of construction will be bid separately. It will include provision and installation of allplumbing fixtures, HVAC equipment, electrical, lighting and alare alarm system and devices.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
