(1) Vendor needs to provide athletic complex construction services to the government authority located in Washington, RI.1. New artificial turf field at main stadium including drainage, irrigation, track repair, athletic equipment and associated improvements.2. New artificial turf field at new second stadium area including drainage, stormwater management, irrigation, athletic equipment and associated improvements.3. Installation of new concrete slab and bleachers at baseball field and softball field.4. Installation of new concrete foundations, bleachers, press box, fencing, infrastructure for future lighting and associated improvements at new second stadium.5. Reconfiguring, grading, drainage, athletic equipment and associated improvements for practice fields.6. Site preparation, table–top elevation, utility services and associated improvements for future 60,000 square foot building.7. Rough grading and finish grading, stormwater management asphalt paving, concrete paving, sidewalks, landscaping, site lighting and associated improvements.B. Unless noted otherwise, existing systems shall remain in operation.(2) All Question must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.
