Construction Services for Engine House 17 Kitchen Renovation and House Upgrades

The District of Columbia (the “District”) Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”), is issuing this Invitation for Bids (“IFB” or “Solicitation”) to solicit the services of a general contractor (the “Contractor”) to provide professional design and construction services for the new Engine Company 17 (“EC17”) located at 1227 Monroe Street NE Washington, DC 20017 renovations and general upgrades (the “Project”). IMPORTANT NOTICE: DGS will notify Bidders of any changes, additions and or deletions to the specifications and or responses to questions by addenda to this IFB as they will be posted on the DGS’ website. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to frequently visit DGS’ website (http://dgs.dc.gov/page/dgs-solicitations) to obtain addenda once they have received a copy or downloaded a copy of the IFB.
