CONS-21755 - USA (Berryville, Virginia) - Architectural Services - Deadline July 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural services to the government authority located in Berryville, VA. – Provide architect to develop bid ready, construction documents for: Having a construction firm constructing a new brick breezeway that connects the doors near the gymnasium to the doors directly across from them.– Having a construction firm revising the existing breezeway that connects a small cottage that currently is used for pre–kindergarten classes on the far western side of the building.– The selected architect will work our School Administration team to develop specifications and drawings for the specified areas that include single and/or double door locations, window styles and locations, brick that matches the existing brick color as much as possible, locking mechanisms, fire suppression, HVAC, roofing, flooring, ADA Compliance and other aesthetic and operational features to ensure a successful project that meets the needs our students and staff at Boyce Elementary School.(2) A non–mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 8, 2026.
