Project Title Short Description of Services The City of Lake Forest is interested in examining current recreation program offerings. The City, incorporated in 1991, has a population of 86,000 and has seen the following demographic trends: An aging population An increasingly diverse population that speaks Spanish, Chinese, or other languages as a primary language A gradual decrease in household size The City has a robust offering of recreation programs and community activity classes. It is the City's goal to determine if our current program offerings reflect the diverse preferences of Lake Forest residents due to changing demographics. The City requests the assistance of an experienced consultant to help answer the following research question: Does the City of Lake Forest’s current recreation program offerings reflect the diverse preferences of Lake Forest residents?
