Request for Proposal for Professional Services for Community Engagement Forum, Department of Public Safety

The City of Cleveland (City), Department of Public Safety, under the direction of the Director of Public Safety, is requesting proposals for professional services for a community engagement forum. This initiative is being conducted under a grant to engage with community members, gather input, and collect and analyze data related to the City’s current crisis and emergency response system, including community experiences and perceptions . The information gathered through this process will be used to obtain feedback and inform strategies that support community well-being, public safety, and related initiatives. Up to $100,000 of funding is available for this initiativ e. The project period is no longer than 12 months. A pre-proposal conference will be held via Teams. At or before the conference, interested parties may submit or ask questions pertaining to this Request for Proposal and the services requested . Prospective proposers are encouraged to attend the conference; however, attendance is not mandatory. It is preferred that the consultant has previous experience delivering similar services for public safety departments, particularly in conducting community forum events. All f ee proposals shall be submitted via OpenGov in a separate electronic file that is clearly labeled .
