(1) Vendor needs to provide human capital management enterprise resource planning system replacement services.– Benefits administration and billing software solution.– The implementation and deployment services required to deploy that solution.– The implementation includes all modules and functionality procured, including the business processes, forms, workflow, data, business analytics, and reporting required to operate these components.– Solution must manage benefits administration and premium billing, including payment collection, processing, and reconciliation.– Solution may be a cloud–based solution that is fully supported by the fixes or upgrades, hardware refresh cycles, backups, disaster recovery, and comprehensive technical staffing requirements.– ERP System Replacement, to support HR, payroll, time, absence management and more.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 4, 2026.
