Human Resources Information System ("HRIS") & Learning Management System ("LMS") Replacement

The Kenton County Airport Board (“KCAB”) is soliciting proposals relating to the Project Title at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (“CVG”). KCAB desires a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS), out of the box solution to the fullest extent possible thus minimizing customization. KCAB currently uses UKG Pro for Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Learning Management System (LMS) workloads. Proposers may respond with a proposal for either the HRIS or the LMS, or with a proposal for both. KCAB has approximately 500 employees and approximately 15 users across HR/Payroll. There are approximately 5 super users in KCAB's LMS. The deadline for to submit questions is Question Submission Time on Question Submission Date and answers will be posted no later than Question Response Time on Question Response Date . Proposals must be received by Response Submission Date at Response Submission Time . No proposals will be accepted after that time unless such date or time is extended pursuant to an addendum issued by KCAB.
