Description
The Department of National Defence has a requirement to establish a Standing Offer for Environmental Control Units (ECU), training, in service support and spares for a period up to sixty (60) months after standing offer award. The equipment being offered in this requirement must fully comply with the Technical Specifications within the Request for Standing Offer solicitation document. The deliverables must be received within accordance with the call-up against the Standing Offer. The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
