QUALITY ASSURANCE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE TWIN CHIMNEYS LANDFILL UNIT 4 CELL 4

Greenville County is soliciting sealed electronic proposals in response to QUALITY ASSURANCE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE TWIN CHIMNEYS LANDFILL UNIT 4 CELL 4. The successful firm will be required to provide CQA field services in compliance with the “Construction Quality Assurance Plan” as included in the “Twin Chimneys Landfill Unit 4 Cell 4 Liner Construction Documents Project Manual” Issued for Proposal prepared by HDR Engineering, Inc. of the Carolinas dated April 2024. Services shall be performed in a detailed, comprehensive manner to allow for certification of all aspects of construction contract. A report on the quality assurance services provided during the project will be required for submittal to the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC) within 30 days of substantial project completion.
