(1) Vendor needs to provide media lab laboratory document control and continuing education subscription services.– Provide non–personal supply services Document Control and Continuing Education Services. Media Lab services provided are vital to the 60 MDG diagnostics and therapeutics laboratory and ability to operate.– Services include document control, competency management, and inspection preparation.– Website encompasses all of the information management functions necessary to operate and supervise clinical laboratory operations.– Medical Laboratory Continuing Education must be available for 100 users and 25 West Users.– Histology Continuing Education courses must cover topics in the following areas for: Lab Safety and Histology.– Medical Laboratory Technician Exam Simulator must be available for 15 users.– Ability to define access privileges by users, user passwords, ability to inactivate users, andability to add users up to the maximum number of seats.– Document Control must include version management, annual review tracking and technician review notification.(2) The contract period will be for five years.(3) This bid is set aside for total small business.
