ACUA Landfill Final Cap Phase 2 - Quality Control Inspection Services

Proposal is solicited to provide the services of a Quality Control (QC) inspector and laboratory testing services for ACUA Landfill Final Cap Phase 2 Construction in accordance with NJDEP Regulations, the ACUA Contract Documents, and the ACUA Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan. The firm selected by this RFP shall serve as the independent quality control inspector required by N.J.A.C. 7:26 - 2A.7(a) (9-14) and shall be responsible for the performance of all functions of the independent quality control inspector under N.J.A.C. 7:26 - 2A.1 et seq., whether or not specifically enumerated in the RFP. The Landfill Final Cap Phase 2 Construction includes, but is not limited to removal of existing vegetation, earthwork, installation of a final cap system including a geosynthetic lining system, soil cover, and final vegetation, stormwater conveyance system construction, gas and leachate collection system installation, access road construction, and all associated work. The Contract Time for this project shall be 240 successive calendar days, weekends and holidays included.
