Construction Surveillance Services

The City of Tucson is requesting proposals from qualified firms to establish an annual requirements contract for miscellaneous construction surveillance services for Transportation construction projects. The term of this contract will be one-year with TWO (2) two-year renewal options. Services will be requested on an as-needed, if-needed basis. It is anticipated that Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) funding will be utilized under the resulting contracts. Therefore, The RTA shall be listed as an additionally insured on the requisite Insurance certificate and as an additional indemnitee in the resulting contract.
