23-SQ-51SR: Professional Architectural and Engineering Services for Vertical Construction Projects

The County of Volusia is seeking the services of professional consultants to provide Architectural and Engineering Services for county vertical construction projects. The scope of work under this solicitation includes professional architectural and engineering services for vertical construction projects including architectural systems, interior design and/ or furniture specifications, structural, mechanical, electrical, communications, audio visual, security/ surveillance control, building automation, plumbing, fire protection, civil engineering systems and/ or landscape architecture systems. The Scope of work may also include land survey and geotechnical engineering. Construction may be implemented with Design-Bid-Build or Construction Manager/ General contractor delivery method. The projects shall include non-residential new buildings and additions/ alterations to existing non-residential buildings such as recreational facilities, restroom buildings, picnic pavilions, storage & maintenance facilities, libraries, fire stations and municipal offices.
