Creation of City Council Strategic Visioning & Three-Year Action Plan for Rosenberg, TX

The City of Rosenberg seeks sealed statement of proposals for services to create a City Council strategic visioning and three-year action plan document from consultants interested and qualified to perform such tasks. It is the intent of the City of Rosenberg to select a single consultant to accomplish all the services outlined in this Request for Proposals. City of Rosenberg will receive sealed proposals for a City Council strategic visioning and three-year action plan document to provide for a contract commencing within thirty (30) days after the date of the award by the City and continuing for a period sufficient to complete the original scope of work but no more than a six (6) month period. IT IS UNDERSTOOD that the City of Rosenberg reserves the right to negotiate all elements that comprise the proposal and to accept or reject part or all of any proposal.
