Strategic Action Plan FY2023

The City of Stuart is seeking proposals for professional service providers to develop a City-wide strategic action plan. The City also desires a facilitation professional to lead the City Commission and City Staff in a leadership retreat, inclusive of a visioning session, to result in the city-wide strategic plan for the next ten years. The plan should be incremental with an emphasis on the immediate next 5 years, then progressing on through the balance of the ten-year cycle. This strategic plan will build on the already successful results of the past ten years with focus on identifying the current goals of the Commission, as well as establishing a new set of vision, mission and values for the organization. The City would like a proposal for a strategic plan that will provide clear, unified and consistent messaging on strategies to accomplish the Commission’s shared vision.
