(1) Vendor needs to provide academic and career planning resource system.– Solution is designed specifically for college and career readiness.– Support for students, their families and staff in academic, post–secondary education and career planning.– Solution should be capable of being maintained by agency staff.  Identify routine maintenance tasks, the level of complexity, and approximate time to accomplish such maintenance activities.– Resources and tools to make informed choices about multiple pathways within post–secondary education and training leading to fulfilling careers that meet the needs of the workforce.– Functionality to facilitate the college application process by storing, tracking and sending supporting documentation– Solution should require users to authenticate via agency designated Single Sign–On (SSO) solution (PingAIC). – Application is accessible and functional on a mobile device. – Solution must not require additional software for the users. Agency standard browsers installed are Microsoft Edge, and Chrome.  (2) An optional pre–proposal conference will be held on July 28, 2026(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
