Acuerdo marco para la homologación de servicios profesionales de asesoría y defensa jurídica de los intereses y bienes gestionados por el IMHAB en materia de derecho procesal civil, para recuperar cuantías impagadas por parte de titulares de contratos (alquiler, compraventa de un derecho de propiedad, compraventa de un derecho de superficie, uso y habitación, usufructo o similares) de inmuebles (viviendas, locales, plazas de aparcamiento o similares) gestionados por el IMHAB o recuperar la posesión respecto de estos mismos inmuebles por vía judicial .
