Description
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TUSTIN, as AGENCY invites sealed bids for the The Alley Grove Promenade Project in Tustin Legacy is located south of the Brookfield Homes off of Flight Way and is bounded by Armstrong to the west and Tustin Ranch Road to the East. This work shall consist in part of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals are required by the plans, specifications and contract documents. The work to be done hereunder consists of grading and earthwork, sidewalk, decomposed granite, turf blocks, storm drain, sports courts (pickle ball, basketball and bocce ball), site furnishings, landscaping and irrigation, electrical power and lighting all as detailed on the plans and specified herein or as customarily necessary to complete the intent of the proposed work.
