NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TUSTIN, as AGENCY invites sealed bids for the The Contractor shall perform all work necessary to complete the Contract in a satisfactory manner. Unless otherwise provided, the Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, tools, labor, traffic control, safety measures, replacement of disrupted improvements, coordination, preparation and accommodation of project constraints (whether specifically identified in these Special Provisions or encountered during the Contract), appurtenances and incidentals necessary to complete the work in conformance with applicable governing agency regulations and specifications, and to the satisfaction of the Engineer. Items of work which are necessary to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications, but are not specifically called out in the bid form, are considered incidental to the project work and are not subject to separate compensation. Project Location The project site is located in the City of Tustin, County of Orange, California, within the existing Tustin Legacy Park. The address is 1625 Flight Way, Tustin CA. The existing Tustin Legacy Park is located between Red Hill Ave, Barranca Parkway and Armstrong Avenue. See exhibit in attachments. Improvements include: 1. Grading and Earthwork 2. Concrete and Decomposed granite 3. Stormdrain and inlets 4. Water fountains and water line connection back to existing restrooms 5. Irrigation and planting, including connection to existing irrigation 6. Furnishing and installing amenities 7. Fencing 8. Electrical and Lighting This project requires surface water control, sediment and erosion control, dust control, noise control, and coordination of work with surrounding businesses, schools and utilities as needed.
