Tustin-Legacy Neighborhood D South Phase 2 Infrastructure Construction Project – Package #1 (CIP No. 70256) And The Civil Portion Of The Work For South Hangar Renovation (CIP No. 10076)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TUSTIN, as AGENCY invites sealed bids for the TUSTIN-LEGACY NEIGHBORHOOD D SOUTH PHASE 2 INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT – PACKAGE #1 (CIP NO. 70256) AND THE CIVIL PORTION OF THE WORK FOR SOUTH HANGAR RENOVATION (CIP NO. 10076) This work shall consist in part of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals as required by the plans, specifications and contract documents for the above stated project. The work to be done hereunder consists of grading, storm drain, sewer, potable water, recycled water, roadway base paving, curb & gutter construction, street hardscape, demolition, electrical, SCE work and coordination on the following: • In the area generally bounded by Armstrong Ave, Warner Avenue, Airship Ave and Compass Avenue. Contract will be awarded based on base bid items 1 thru 140 only.
