(1) Vendor needs to provide counseling services to the government authority located in Denton, TX.          – Must be a Licensed Professional Counselor– Must have experience with persons with developmental disabilities.– Provide usual and customary counseling services on an as–needed basis, including mental health assessments as appropriate to all patients referred– Provide usual and customary counseling, therapy, and psychotherapy to clients, as appropriate to the position.– To service calls and emergency calls from State Supported Living Center and shall perform all steps necessary to protect persons from risk of harm.– Shall be available 24 hours per day/7 days per week/holidays and weekends including required response time from vendor of 45 minutes or less.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 22, 2026.
