The County of Shasta, through its Department of Support Services, Purchasing Unit, is requesting proposals to provide Trauma-Informed Family-Based Violence and Mental Health Assessments and Counseling Services. The Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA), Behavioral Health and Social Services Branch, (BHSS) seeks qualified agencies or entities to deliver these services to parents involved in the child welfare system, either through referrals from BHSS or by order of the Dependency Court.
