NET-16697 - USA (Woodstock, Illinois) - Network Operations Management Service - Deadline July 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide network operations management service to the government authority located in Woodstock, IL. – Provide assistance with management of county’s traffic signal systems and operation of the system’s network infrastructure.– Perform network infrastructure operations, management, monitoring, and reporting for the county’s traffic signals and signal system network.– Remote of all county–maintained communications infrastructure to ensure all devices are online and provide capacity utilization reports if available in county monitoring software and switch interfaces.– Consultant shall investigate and develop an appropriate course of action to resolve operational issues and deficiencies that are identified.– Assist in responding to network communication outages or network performance issues.– Includes remotely correcting issues when possible or providing a diagnostic review of the network to pin point locations to be further checked in the field.– Provide analysis and recommendations related to issues with network design or further expansion as requested.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
