The City of Edinburg, Texas (“City”) is soliciting Request of Proposals (RFP) from experienced and qualified firms to provide comprehensive management, operation, maintenance, marketing, and financial services for two municipally owned golf facilities Los Lagos Golf Course – 18-Hole Championship Course Ebony Hills Golf Course – 9-Hole Municipal Course The selected firm (“Operator”) will provide full-service professional management and daily operations in accordance with industry best practices, municipal objectives, and performance standards established by the City.
