CONS-21570 - USA (Sparks, Nevada) - Construction Manager at Risk Services - Deadline July 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Sparks, NV.– Introduce and integrate specialized building techniques, building materials, and architectural features that have been proven to be budget–conscious, functional, and maintainable for long–term use and create a sense of place within the city.– Organization and personnel management, coordination, and interaction with the project team, inclusive of methods and procedures to ensure all project team members and stakeholders are aware and aligned in each respective role for project delivery success.– Methods, procedures, or process flow charts intended to manage its preconstruction services and activities, daily coordination, risk resolution, and general project management.– Discussing cost or pricing development and process for design input, analysis, evaluation, andresolution of the Project team’s input into the design and specification development process.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026.(3) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on June 16, 2026.
