Hotel Asset Management Services

The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (“Aviation Authority”) is soliciting interested parties to provide hotel asset management services for the existing hotel property located at the Orlando International Airport. Services will include: Monitoring and assessing the Hotel’s compliance with existing contracts, licenses, and leases (including management agreements).Conducting market analyses and monitoring market conditions to identify opportunities for the Hotel, Regularly communicating with the executive staff of the Aviation Authority concerning the Hotel operations, Reviewing and assisting with negotiating purchasing decisions for the Hotel, Meeting with the Hotel staff by conference call or site visit as necessary to effectuate any of the foregoing, and Providing review(s) and update(s) as necessary
