Vendor needs to provide strategic goal–setting and organizational evaluation consulting services to the government authority located in Massachusetts. Review relevant documents and resources and communicate with relevant staff to develop a strong understanding of agency’s history, values, mission, and work– Conduct thorough research to evaluate agency’s work over the years– Schedule and facilitate:· 1–on–1 meetings with agency and relevant member– staff· Focus group conversations with groups such as each team, agency’s Core Team and agency’s Advisory Board.· A full– or half–day in–person staff retreat– Determine a strategy for seeking feedback and input from Fairmount Corridor residents, community members, and possibly a select few key partners– Develop and submit the below deliverables
