General work description: The LSRP is intended to build upon the goals and objectives within the City of Monterey’s Vision Zero Plan to reduce fatalities and serious injuries on City streets and the Multi-Modal Plan to promote a reliable transportation system that serves the needs of all road users. The LRSP will be a data driven process to systematically identify and analyze collision history, while also integrating a Safe Systems Approach, to identify key emphasis areas and develop strategies for reducing the severity and frequency of collisions on City streets
